The Quetta Gladiators will face the Lahore Qalandars in Match 15 of the Pakistan Super League (PSL) at the National Stadium in Karachi.
Karachi will be the last game of the Karachi leg of the season, with Lahore to follow on February 10. In this season, both teams have had different results.
The Sarfaraz Ahmed-led squad is currently in fifth place in the points standings, having lost three of their first four matches.
The Gladiators overcame the Karachi Kings in their third game of the season, but they were unable to maintain their progress, falling to Islamabad United in their next match. After allowing 229 runs in the previous match, their bowling has to improve.
Even the batsmen will have to step up, and some of Sarfaraz Ahmed's captain decisions have been challenged at times. They'll need to enhance their performance if they want to beat the Lahore Qalandars, who has been outstanding so far in this.
Shaheen Afridi has so far surprised the Qalandars with his leadership abilities. Following a loss against the Multan Sultans to start the season, they have won three straight matches and will be looking for their fourth win in a row tomorrow.
In their previous match, the Qalandars held Islamabad United to a pretty low total of 174 runs. They clearly enjoy defending totals, and Afridi's players will have their current focus on the knockouts.
The last few matches in Karachi have seen different pitches, with teams batting first average 170 and even reaching 230. As the tournament has progressed, chasing has become increasingly difficult. Whenever the toss is won, the team that wins should bat first.
